Welcome to Work it Wednesday No. 122!
Y’all! Let me just say that it’s a miracle that my sanity it still in tact. Last week my 4-year-old was out of school with a little cold. Then later in the week my baby came down with hand, foot and mouth disease. (It’s AWFUL!)
And y’all!! I’ve had it before as well as Miss A, so I thought we would be immune. But nope! Miss A got it again. Thankfully hers is a mild case and I’ve avoided it, but gracious, if we don’t start getting out of this house I might just go nuts. 🙂
So speaking of crazy … since we’re stuck here for a few more days, I started taking kitchen cabinet doors off their hinges today. Because guess what?? When mama’s about to go cuckoo, you know what she does? Picks up a paint brush and paints the kitchen cabinets. That’s what she does. In the middle of the holidays.
Just go ahead and have me committed. I know I’m crazy, but if I keep waiting for the “right time” to paint them it’ll never happen. This way I have a deadline. I’ve got a party here on December 5th and my Christmas home tour is going up on November 30th. So, it’ll motivate me to get them done ASAP.
Ok, enough rambling. #prayforme
Let’s get on to the party. 🙂
Don’t these all just look delish!! I’m seriously thinking pumpkin donuts for breakfast!
