Thank you to The Home Depot for sponsoring this post.
I’m excited to announce that it’s time once again to get those drills and saws back out for another DIH Workshop with Home Depot! It’s our last one of the year, so I’m excited to end the year with this adorable DIY Holiday Tree Shelf!
It’s so cute, isn’t it?
I really love this look, so I don’t think I’ll be changing much about the original project this time. Stay tuned, though, for my version when I reveal it next Monday! I’m sure I’ll change something to make it my own!
But in the meantime, go ahead and get registered for the local Home Depot workshop in your area. It’s totally FREE to register and attend.
This project is a perfect beginner project if you’ve been wanting to dive in to the whole “do-it-herself” project world. I promise it’s not nearly as hard as it looks and it only takes 2 boards, some screws and nails and the hooks! Plus the use of your basic circular saw and brad nailer. (Good news is, though, if you register for the workshop, you can do all of the cutting and nailing there!)
The workshop takes about an hour and a half. I promise you’ll love it! (Grab your girlfriends and make it a GNO!)
As for me, I’ll be trying to figure out where I’m going to put this adorable DIY Holiday Tree Shelf in our home. And I’m toying with the idea of making it into a fun advent calendar for my girls. We’ll see! I’m so excited to play with the possibilities.
I’ll be sharing my Holiday Tree Shelf next Monday, so make sure and SIGN UP here to get your spot so that you can make your very own!
Wondering when this workshop will take place?
HOLIDAY TREE SHELF DIY WORKSHOP
Where: at YOUR local Home Depot
When: Saturday, November 18 – 10:00-11:30 AM
Did you know that The Home Depot offers fun workshops at all of their store locations. There are three types of workshops:
I absolutely love these free workshops at The Home Depot because it’s a great way for new (and more experienced) DIY lovers to come and learn new tools and new supplies all for FREE! Anytime you can learn something new and useful for taking care of your home (or decorating your home) then I’m all for it!
Pssst, I’m taking my kids to the 2 workshops coming up at the end of the month and beginning of December. I know they will love them!
If you have attended a workshop in the past at Home Depot, they would LOVE to have some of your feedback! Please feel free to use this form and let them know how they can improve!
Be sure to check out my past #DIHWorkshop projects!
