Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, crushed (~10 crackers)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray

  2. Place the graham crackers in a Ziplock bag or food processor and crush them up. Then place them in a small bowl.

  3. Melt the butter and stir into the graham cracker crumbs until evenly combined.

  4. Press the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of the 9 x 13 pan.

  5. Evenly cover the crust with the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecan halves and shredded coconut.

  6. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.

  7. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 325°. I set my oven for 25 minutes and then add an additional minute, watching it closely until the edges are golden brown, the middle is bubbly and the coconut is slightly brown. You want to be careful not to burn the coconut and it can happen very quickly.

  8. Let them cool until the chocolate and butterscotch are not gooey. Then cut into bars. It makes about 20 bars.

  9. These will stay fresh in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days, and in the refrigerator for up to a week.
