Summer to Fall Decorating Ideas, Bamboo Shades & Dried Hydrangeas (HSS #516)
Happy weekend! We officially started back to school this week, and while I’m always a little sad to see summer break come to an end, I have to admit I’m excited to settle back into a routine. With the girls back in school, I finally have a little more time during the day to tackle some of the home projects that have been patiently waiting for me!
First up, I’m getting ready to start a new wall treatment in our primary bedroom. I’ve been dreaming about adding trim molding to the walls for a while now, and I think it’s going to add so much character and make the whole room feel more finished. I’m still working through all the measurements and details, but I’m hoping to get started very soon. And of course, I’ll take you along for the whole process!
There’s something about the start of a new school year that always makes me want to reset the house, finish those lingering projects, and start dreaming about what’s next. And with fall just around the corner, it feels like the perfect time for a little refresh! 💙
