Free Classic Christmas Printables
Bring timeless charm to your holiday decor with these free classic Christmas printables! Get beautifully designed trees, nutcrackers, holly, and more, all wrapped in cozy tartan borders. Perfect for easy, budget-friendly Christmas decorating using frames you already have.
There’s just something about a classic Christmas that makes my heart do a happy little twirl. The tartan plaid, the evergreen boughs, the nutcrackers standing at attention, it all feels like stepping into a cozy holiday storybook. This year, I wanted to bring that timeless charm right into our homes. And what better way than with a new set of classic Christmas printables?

These sweet little pieces were inspired by the look I’m loving for my own home this season: a mix of traditional red, deep greens, a hint of navy, and that Ralph-Lauren-at-Christmas vibe I can’t quite quit. They’re simple, nostalgic, and so easy to tuck into frames you already have on hand.
And the best part? They’re totally free for you, because making your home feel warm and welcoming shouldn’t be complicated or expensive. (Get the link to get the printables at the end of the post!)
It’s been quite a few years since I’ve created some new Christmas printables, but this year I got inspired by the Ralph Lauren Christmas theme trend! I hope you’ll love the classic vibes and want to add them to your home this year, too!

A Peek at This Year’s Collection
This year’s printable set includes a curated mix of hand-drawn trees, nutcrackers, holly sprigs, and those sweet little mini potted trees that remind me of something you’d find on a charming traditional mantel. Every design is wrapped in the prettiest red tartan border: classic, cozy, and oh-so-festive.
You can display them individually or group them together for a collected gallery-wall look. I popped mine into a mix of gold frames and they instantly added that layered, traditional charm I love.

✨ This set includes:
- Classic evergreen tree trios
- Mini tree in a blue-and-white chinoiserie pot (vertical and horizontal versions)
- Holly sprig watercolor
- Nutcracker trio (with and without Feliz Navidad)
- Tree with ribbon topper and Merry Christmas banner
They’re sweet, simple, and perfect for mantels, entryways, kitchen shelves, or even tucked onto a bedroom nightstand for a quiet little Christmas moment.
I made several similar versions so that you can pick and choose your favorites to use. I made some horizontal and some vertical, so you can choose the prints that best fit your frames.

Tips for Printing
These printables are made to be printed at 5 x 7 size, but you can also have them printed at other sizes, they may just have to be cropped a little bit differently. I printed them at the 8×10 size and it was fine, I just had to center it when I submitted it for printing.
I also used Shutterfly to print my free printables this year and tried their cardstock option. While more expensive than traditional photo paper, it it very good quality and I feel like the printables will be reusable for years to come. So, if you’re looking to make long-lasting art, try the Shutterfly cardstock option.
If you’re printing at home, I recommend printing any printables on good quality card stock paper. This will help them last longer and you won’t be able to see through them. They will just look better – trust me!
And I love having a nice color printer at home. I bought this wireless color printer YEARS ago and LOVE it! I print stuff almost every day and the ink lasts for 6 months! (And the ink is cheaper and lasts longer than my old color printer. Yay!!) If you need a color printer at a lower price point, I’ve heard good things about this one.

Easy, Budget-Friendly Christmas Decor
If you’ve been around here for a while, you know I’m a big believer that holiday decorating doesn’t have to be expensive. These printables are my favorite way to refresh a space without buying a single new piece of decor.
Just print, frame, and enjoy. Truly, it’s that simple.
Here’s how I love using them:
- Swap them into frames you already have for an instant seasonal refresh
- Style them in a gallery cluster for big impact with minimal effort
- Prop smaller prints on shelves or bookcases for a layered, cozy look
- Use them on kitchen counters, paired with a cutting board and a sprig of greenery
- Gift them to a friend (perfect little neighbor gifts when paired with cookies!)
Pair them with natural greenery, a pinecone or two, and a strand of twinkly lights and suddenly your home feels like a warm hug.

A Little Heart Behind the Decor
The older I get, the more I find myself craving the slower, simpler parts of the season: the candlelight, the hymns, the moments around the table with my family. These tiny touches of beauty throughout our home help me pause and enjoy it all a little more.
My hope is that these printables bring that same sense of cozy joy into your home this Christmas. Nothing perfect, nothing fussy, just classic, meaningful, gathered-in-love style.
