The Frame TV
We love our Frame TV so much and have bought two over the years. I’m going to buy another one for our bedroom, too! It’s currently 34% off and this is the lowest I’ve seen it! (I have a full Frame TV review here.)
I built the wooden frame around the TV, but the Deco TV Frames I really wanted for my TV are 20% off, if you clip the coupon! And THIS one is 22% off! They didn’t fit between my TV and the trim that was already there, or I would have used them for my TV.

My Favorite Skincare

What IS Amazon Prime Day??
In case you haven’t heard, Amazon Prime Day is a global shopping event that runs for 4 days only on July 8-11, 2024 where Amazon Prime Members get some crazy good steals and deals!
Technically the “day” lasts 96 hours and rivals the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. Typically other large retailers like Target, Walmart and Best Buy counter with their own amazing deals on the same days.
Prime Day is a great time to stock up on holiday gifts or other gifts. So many of the gifts ideas on my gift guides are from Amazon, so check them out and start making those lists!!
How to Shop Prime Day like a Boss!
- Download the Amazon app and check out the best deals under “today’s deals”
- Look at the “upcoming deals” and hit the “watch this deal” button to get notifications when deals go live on your phone. This is THE BEST way to not miss out on the top deals. Some of them sell out in under a minute!
- In years past, “prime day deals” are denoted with a blue box and black type (and on the product page you’ll see “deal of the day” selected)
- “Lightning deals” are short sales lasting just a few hours. They are quick sales on popular items and will be limited to 1 per customer until quantities run out or until the deal is over. It’s recommended to check out quickly (within 10 minutes) of placing the item in your cart because they tend to sell out quickly. If too many people put the item in their cart, you will see the option for a “waiting list” come up. And if you select it, and someone doesn’t process the item in their cart, you’ll have a limited time to purchase the item. Some items go to “waiting list” status almost immediately.
If there’s one thing I know, it’s that moms like me (and grandmas and dads and sisters and pretty much everybody) love some Amazon Prime. (Hello … your top 25 purchases from the past year are pretty stellar!) I mean, this mom runs on coffee, Target and Amazon Prime, just like the t-shirt says. I’ve been a member of Amazon Prime for as long as I can remember because who doesn’t love being able to order something super quickly and have it delivered to your door in just a few days?

Amazon Prime Day Frequently Asked Questions
- When does the Sale start? All the wheelin’ and dealin’ will start at 12 AM PT (3 AM EST) on Tuesday, July 8. It runs through midnight on Friday, July 11. It typically takes place in mid-July and again around Black Friday every year.
- What kind of things will be available during the sale? Think of this as Black Friday at other times of the year. You’ll find mostly Amazon devices (like my Echo that I love for making my home more efficient), TV’s, home appliances, mattresses & vacuums, toys, baby products, school supplies & some fashion & beauty.
- Do I Need to Be an Amazon Prime Member? You need to be an Amazon Prime Member to enjoy these benefits, so if you’re not one already, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial. (Pssssttt … you can always cancel your account before the trial is up.)
- Is Prime Membership Worth It? 100% yes! I’ve been a prime member for as long as I can remember. I always order stuff from Amazon because the fast/free shipping can’t be beat! You also get access to Prime video & music, exclusive savings, discounts, and deals (like Prime Day and special coupons). The benefits of a Prime membership extend way beyond this one event! The only time I wouldn’t recommend a membership is if someone never shops online. Otherwise, it’s an easy decision.
