How to Arrange a Faux Foliage Centerpiece
Creating gorgeous {faux} floral centerpieces is my jam and a well-arranged flower focal point can complete a room for any season or holiday! Learn to arrange a floral centerpiece with a wooden box, mason jars, faux lamb’s ear, eucalyptus and some mini pumpkins. It can easily be changed out to create a fresh new look!

I love my wooden box that I created this past spring and have used it either on my dining room table or on my mantel ever since. The plan is to keep it out in my decor for … well, ever. 😉
I made the box with some rustic barn wood that I had in my scrap pile and my trusty Kreg Jig. It was a simple project that can be made with a basic piece of wood from the hardware store. So, before you go any further, stop right now and make yourself a simple wooden box for your centerpiece. (Full tutorial here.) 😊 Just make sure the width is wide enough to fit a regular-sized mason jar.

So, I was changing out the arrangement in my wooden box for fall and decided to snap a few pics of the process.
The mason jars are the key to making everything look good hanging over the sides of the box. They keep everything in its place.

How to Create a Pretty Floral Centerpiece in a Wooden Box
This is super simple, but I grab my mason jars and put them in the box. Mine fits 7 jars, but it all depends on the length of the box.

Then I start by laying down the lamb’s ear and eucalyptus around the outside of the mason jars. Just fluff the floral stems and make them look nice and full. It’s starting to look pretty!

After the sides look good, add your mini pumpkins or floral stems in the mason jars. Depending on what you’re using, you may need to add more floral stems inside the mason jars to make them look right.
Arrange and rearrange some more until it’s perfect!

These mini pumpkins came with enough foliage already on them to just stick one in each mason jar and call it a day.
See? Easy peasy! But so cute and makes such a statement on the mantel or on the table!
