“Will you be my Main Squeeze” Free Printable Valentines

|

Valentine’s Day is around the corner, but making valentine’s for your child’s class doesn’t have to be difficult. In fact, these “Main Squeeze” printable Valentine’s Day cards make it easy with a non-candy treat!

I don’t know about your kids, but mine get so excited about Valentine’s Day. Something about getting their mailboxes filled full of sweet notes from their friends just makes them happy. And come to think of it, if I went to my mailbox to find a bunch of sweet notes from my friends, I’d be pretty excited too.

Since my girls were born, I’ve tried to find a way to make their valentine’s cards special without going overboard on the sweets.

Since Valentine’s Day is the 2nd most sugar-filled holiday next to Halloween, I think it’s a great idea to find non-sweet treats for my kids and their friends. Goodness knows my girls get enough sweet treats around the year, that a fun, yet healthy treat is always a good idea.

One year I found some free printable valentines that said “You Blow Me Away, Valentine” and I attached them to adorable mini bubbles. And another year I made valentines that said “You Color My Word, Valentine” and added some crayons to the printable. It’s all super cute and you can find tons of versions of these ideas on Pinterest.

So this year I decided to use these fruit squeeze pouches for my preschooler’s classmates.

Easy Valentine’s Day Mailbox Tip

Here’s another quick mom tip for making Valentine’s Day easy!

You know how the kids always have to have shoe boxes to make for their Valentine’s Day mailboxes at school? Last year we got a mailbox kit for $5 (or less).

It was easy and everything you need is right in the pack. No hunting for a shoe box or trying to find craft supplies to make it cute. Get the kit, give it to your kid and you’re done! I’m sure we’ll be getting the unicorn and mermaid mailboxes this year! Adorable!
